Fishing The Yuba

Due to a mild winter and consistent flows from 1200 to 1400 with a few days at 1600, the fishing has been amazing this year. The nymphs and catus have been plentiful. You can turnover rocks and see the nymphs along the gravel bars. Golden stones have been plentiful, providing a great food source for the trout. I believe the Yuba River has made an amazing recovery from 2017 when it was scoured of bug life by high flows. The Yuba is the perfect river for walking and wading with great access from the club. Here are a few pictures from Fall of 2019 and winter 2020 fishing.
